Our Approach
At Hera Care Services, we believe every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and understood. Our aim is to provide the best quality, trauma-informed practice for
young people who have experienced significant challenges, instability, or exclusion from care and education. We specialise in supporting those with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs, recognising that these young people are often those who have faced the greatest adversity.
Complex behaviours are often learned responses to lived experiences, shaped by trauma, loss, and disrupted relationships. Our role is to offer stability, patience, and
consistent care that helps them rebuild trust and develop the skills they need to thrive.
Hera Care Services works closely with other Health and Social Care professionals, education providers, and key agencies to ensure each young person receives
coordinated, holistic support. We follow the lead agency’s care plan with diligence and integrity, ensuring that every decision is aligned with the young person’s best
interests.
We understand that many of the children we support have experienced multiple placement breakdowns, leaving them feeling rejected and without a sense of belonging. This can create a cycle of unmet needs that deepens their vulnerability.
Hera exists to break that cycle. We provide a nurturing, structured environment where young people can experience safety, connection, and genuine opportunity.
